Have a very hard time to decise a new tournament team and hope you guys can help? If I go all the way its arround 14 matches total and you can keep your team and further develop it the next season and so on.
I dont have any experince with either the Pro Elfs or Skaven before so i could use some help.
I'd probably take skaven because their lower initial cost means they are more forgiving if you make a mistake with your lineup and what to change things.
I'd probably not bother with the Rat Ogre at all - but if you want one then I'd want to start with them so they can skill up asap.
Other than that... I'd probably ignore the throwers too. Take Gutter Runners (3 or 4), Blitzers & line rats.
If you consider yourself a beginner or intermediate coach, take Skaven. When you've got a season or two of Skaven under your belt, consider Pro Elves. Skaven have better MA all-round than any team except Wood Elves, and get to combine elf-like ball skills with decidedly un-elfy low prices. Take two or more Gutter Runners, one or more Throwers, two Storm Vermin and two or more Re-Rolls, and after budgeting for linos to fill in to 11, you'll have 170k in discretionary funds for reserves, positional upgrades, an Apothecary, and/or a third (or even fourth) RR counter: this leaves a whole lot of possible "right answers" for starting cash. Pro Elves, while dynamite on defense (because of those gnarly combo skills on the Catcher and Blitzer and the universal A access), are a little trickier for a newer coach: they're fragile, not cheap, and sort of offensively underpowered as elves go (still pretty good).

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.
