What stats does the new rotter generated by nurgle's rot have? Does it keep the stats of the dead player? Or is it just a free rotter. When the skill says that the rotter counts as full value, do they mean for a rotter or for the value of the old piece.
This skill seems to be worded differently than the necromancer inducement/thing.
