Got around to giving this a go at last...

Wot no gamma adjust?

Seriously... the game's stock settings are lurid to the extreme!

I watch dvds on this setting, surf, read a lot of webcomics, play games ranging from flight sims and WW2 strategy to FPS, to Dragon Age etc... all on a quite happy medium 'one size fits all' setting.

Blood Bowl PC burns my retinas like no game since prolonged bouts of Wipeout! on the first PS!

It's probably the stupidly bright teletubbies grass colour... please somebody tell me there's a mod?

Can't remember what it's called, but there's a mod that marks the squares at the corner (like the TT board) and marks which players have been (etc.). I use it, and find the pitch less "glaring".

Thanks Sime. It's a nice mod but not sure it's helping a whole lot with the general LSD inspired brightness.

Maybe it's my monitor or settings, yet everything else is fine.
Too bright?



It's not a big adjust required, the bottom (slightly adjusted) shot looks better to me (on my monitor).

Not really had a problem with the colour (it's not that bright in my eyes), but I do agree that the second pic looks better.
Just can't be bothered to adjust my overall settings for one game.

That said, I think my graphics card package has a setting to adjust specific apps, rather than global changes - perhaps I should investigate further...
