4th skill for 'Killer' Orc Blitzer

I am struggling to figure out what to take for my killer blitzer, he is performing quite well so far but I really dont know what else to give him at the moment.

Orc Blitzer - Block, Tackle, Mighty Blow, Piling On, ?normal skill roll?

Break Tackle on a Blitzer? Replace Ag 3 with Str 3 on a dodge roll? Am I missing something here?

For me it would have to be Guard.

He already has 1 Frenzy, I'd advocate to have the next one on a BOB.
Stand Firm, he becomes a sticky grenade, you can't shake him off.

Typically if you are a ST3 player toe to toe with him (and you have AG3 or 2) you would use all your actions this turn then try a lucky 1d block.
1/6) AD => you loose
1/6) BD => Damn he's still there ready to block you
1/3) Push => Yeah I'm safe, he has to blitz now!
1/3) DS, DD=> Bingo

Giving him Stand Firm makes this one die block a lot less effective, and I might consider dodging... (I'm scared!)

I like the idea of Stand Firm as well. Even when he gets knocked down, he's right back up and in your face again.

I can get behind Frenzy, but then I guess it pretty much makes Side Step or Stand Firm mandatory for your next skill.

Would love to but my rule book is a pdf on my phone that breaks shrinks and closes against my will and obviously can't be used while I am on the interwebs.
Plus my memory sucks donkey ears.

Personally if I had to pick I would go with stand firm, though I would use a better name then 'sticky hand grenade' I don't want my blitzer to explode.

Frenzy, because with Block and Mighty Blow it works so very, very well, and particularly because you're referring to him as a 'killer'.

This particular player's job is to hit things and knock them down. Frenzy (usually) gives him a second chance to do that if his first hit is unsuccessful. Yes, he'll want Stand Firm next, though if he rolls doubles I'd have a hard time not giving him Jump Up.

have you considered Juggernaut and Grab?

Jugs to blitz Fend players and still use P-On, Grab to throw a block against Fend players and still use P-On.

Are there a lot of Wrestle elves and skaven in your league and/or a lot of Stand Firm? Maybe Juggs would be good value for money if there are. Otherwise I like the idea of Grab unless there is a dearth of agility teams. If neither apply, get Stand Firm.
