Unreleased BB non official Skaven?

Not sure, but in 2012 I saw a few figs floating around mainly from Spain and the US of some converted actual BB players listed as Unreleased Skaven BB players. I believe I have read somewhere that these where conversions done by a sculptor in Spain and some got sold on eBay.
Does anyone have a full list of what was produced? Any pics?

Can't remember the name of the seller but there was definitely a foul appearance/tentacles rat. There were also some elf conversions - 2nd wardancer & a thrower.
