Impact! Miniatures Facebook page

I asked a question on Impact! Miniatures Facebook page about 3 weeks ago now to no response. Am I going about this the wrong way, is there a better way to get in contact with them ? I don't wish this sound like a gripe against Impact as I've had nothing but great dealings with them in the past, but most companies who have Facebook pages these days respond to any queries very promptly, and I'm used to prompt service from Impact!. Any help greatly appreciated and if I've posted this in the wrong section my apologies.

or impactminiatures@gmail.com works well for impact. I know Tom has been very busy with some kickstarters and getting ready for adepticon. I always get a fast email reply when I have a question. But the Facebook is mostly their way of putting up pics and updates not a lot of interaction on it from what I have seen.

Any time I PM Tom or anyone else with Impact! here on the forum, I get a very quick reply- normally within 24 hours. What Impact! needs is an intern from a local gaming store to manage social media as a resume builder

The functioning impact miniatures group is a person you must friend, the page you can 'like' is unused as far as I know.
