hand off and diving catch

Do you get the +1 modifier for diving catch when the ball is handed off go a player with this skill.

Can't see it any where but was wondering if a hand off would be classed as an accurate pass.

A hand off is it's own action, so not a Pass and is not an accurate pass, so doesn't count for Diving Catch

Cheers, that's how I played it but it was a question in a game last night that made me question myself.
