Lion Warrior: Sidestep and then Diving Tackle would be tempting.
Dragon Warrior: Tackle, if you have to worry about any other dodgers in your league. Otherwise, Sure Hands would tempt me.

Dragon Warrior: I would say Dodge as the next skill, unless it is another double when I would go for Dauntless. After that, Tackle is quite nice.
Lion Warrior: This is less clear. You get four LWs and you will probably want different roles for them. Possibilities for the next skill include: Shadowing, Pass Block, Nerves of Steel (on doubles), Sure Feet.
Any thoughts on how you intend to use your LW and what other ones you have in your team?

I don't really play High Elves, but I don't think that they need a whole lot of help on offence. The combination of Block, Dodge, Sidestep and Diving tackle can completely bog down the opposition's ball carrier, and really helps them on defence. Martynq is very correct that High Elves (and any 3 strength team, really) need a player with dauntless so they can handle freebooted star players, if nothing else. It's also nice to be able to knock down Mummies and big guys if you need to.

For your dragon warrior i would take dodge if he is predominately an offensice player, or if he is a defensive player then take strip ball or tackle.
For the Lion warrior it would generally be side step or jump up. If you get doubles i would take nerves of steel without question, (unless is was a 12 of course
)
just another opinion for you to consider
