question about conceding
My opponent ended up conceding the match during the second half and the score ended 0 - 0. Does this game count as a tie, or am I awarded a touchdown or something?

Nah, leave it as it is. It's harsh enough, you only want to concede bc. most of your team is injured or dead. YOu'll have no money after that game and lower FF, that will hurt re-building your team and you'll probably lose the next 1-2 games as well. And the humiliation of conceit will wcho the halls of your gaming club for ever...
Most coaches will try to survive the whole match before conceiding because of it's impact on team building.
The only occasion where an opponent conceided against me was when he wanted to abort the game after 45 min because he didn't want to take the train home alone and joned his buddies. I was quite pissed as I had to wait 1,5 hours to him to start playing the match (he had made two gaming appointments too close to each other). I said, if you leave because of such a silly reason it's a conceit! His money and MVP helped my chaos team, though.
