Help me i play DarkElves

Well hi folks!
i´ve started to play Darkelves...
i and some friends started a legaue with !.500.000 cash and i spent my money for:
7 Liner
2 Throwers
4 Blitzer
2 Witches

what can i do with this "horde" =)
well help me please....

ps:i played my first match versus Norse and lost 2:1....
so help me to kick some ass!!!!

First, welcome to TBB.

First off, what did you take for rerolls and fan factor? Quick math brought your players up to 1,290,000. 3 RR and 6 FF?

Well, if you're missing an apothecary, that should be your first purchase.

Second, check out THIS thread and scroll down and read the tactics articles.

Then do a search here on TBB for dark elf and tactics, you should find plenty of threads to help you out.

You also need to decide if you wanna air the ball out like the other flavors of elves, or do the dark elf thing and jam the ball down the other teams throat.

Agree with the last post. Traul through the back threads, there is loads of advice. Personally as a quick sum up you have got the right number of blitzers. Take guard on doubles for linemen, dauntless on blitzrs and WE's. Your 2nd thrower give hand off and make him pick up the ball. Dodge out of tackle zones to make him blitz only every turn and score as quick as you can. Get kick early for a lineman so you can kick short and blitz quickly. Just remember, we are the best, take no prisoners and play dirty.

Well i havn´t an apothecarian
i havent a wizard but my brother told me to take one...
i have 1 rerolls +1 cause my one of my witches is s leader..
then i have 5 fanfaktor
3 assist coach
3 cheerleader....

never buy another assistant coach or cheerleader...

save every cent you have for more rerolls...

actually winning your next game depends on what you are playing against.

I have the same question as everyone else. RRs? and FF? I was restraining myself to giving advice until then.

Leader was a poor choice for the witch elf, I'm afraid (IMO). It's better to give this skill to a line-elf and instead give either Mighty Blow or Dauntless to the witch elf. (Assuming you are developing your witch elf into a hitter... if you turn her into a catcher instead then Nerves of Steel would have been better use of the double.)

You definitely need more re-rolls (1 is not nearly enough).

Also read lots of other threads on Dark Elf tactics (and also look at the Tactics section of Galak's website... http://www.blood-bowl.net/).

I'm beginning to feel that way too... however, one possibility which makes it better is that you get the Leader re-roll for overtime as well as both halves. This makes it better, but I believe one of the topics for consideration by the BBRC, so it's not clear whether it is to be played this way or not.

Well i played now versus humanz and dwarfs...
i won both time...
what i forgot to say was....that my team got already starplayer points...
i rolled for each player over 20....and now my whole line got block and dogde....
my blitzers got block ,jumpup,and strip ball...
and one of my thrower got strong arm...and the other accurate...well with this throwers i cant fail a pass...a
