How many bombs?

The question is, how many bombs can a bombardier bomb?

I noticed in the LRB that, under the description of the BOMB secret weapon, there is mention of them carrying "a large sack of bombs" and no mention of not being able to use bombs a second time within a half or game.

Thus, I want to be sure that my interpretation of the rules is correct: namely, that a player with bombs has an essentially unlimited number of bombs, and can toss them at will (though not more than one a turn, of course).

Am I missing something? Maybe that's why the secret weapon roll is a dangerous 8+ and my hobgoblin bomber has now been sent off twice and had his bombs confiscated twice (in 2 games, no less!)

every turn if he can manage it...can be quite devastating with a little luck..which is why he's pretty easy to catch
