Dwarf Runesmiths

Ok, I think the matter should be pretty clear, but the Rules Review does not state the thing precisely, so here's the question:

The Dwarf Runesmith has become official, and only Dwarfs can hire one.
But what about the Alchemist?

I think the Runesmith SUBSTITUTES the Alchemist, but the RR does not say anything about this! And I may even come to wonder if a Dwarf coach could hire an Alchemist and a Runesmith both for a match!

Please, enlighten me :D
