Forgetting to roll Big Guy
I have a person in my league that ALWAYS forgets to roll Big Guy.... so the last time I played him I called Illegal Procedure on him every time he did it... not that it really could as an IP but I wanted him to know that I considered it just as bad as not following the rules for wild animal.
My question is... how do you guys handle this sort of thing? And does anyone have house rules about it?

Its not an IP. If you spot it you should say "you forgot to roll Bonehead/Really Stupid" and make them roll it. Often these things are spotted quickly enough that it isn't difficult to backtrack.
If its a real problem, rather than an IP say that if you forget you automatically fail the roll instead.

Call an IP everytime for one game. When he's lost all his RR for no use he should remember. If he still forgets then either he's cheating or he is a Bonehead. Either way, get th commish to rule he can't have BG until he learns to play them properly.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Make up a really annoying Bonehead dance and chant. Everytime he forgets, do it continually through his turn. Make sure you really get in his face so he can't really concentrate on the play. It won't be long till he starts remembering.
This tactic really works. After a while, every time you shift in your chair that person is going to grab a D6, even if he was just going to jot something down on his roster.

Well, I don't know about that... if you don't catch it right away, I don't think it's right to call IP.Cervidal wrote:Where I see this come up constantly, though, is that a player will forget to do the roll, go on with two or three more actions until their opponent realizes the blunder. That's when Illegal Procedure comes in handy. It's a turnover right then and there, without having to back track.
This is a tough one.

With a re-roll, it's like a four-dice block!

Actually, Aristodeimos - it does state that forgetting to move a WA first is an IP. Bonehead doesn't have that text. I look at it the same way I look at a player forgetting to make a dodge. It's ultimately my responsibility to pay attention to what my opponent is trying to do.
