Orks after some Beatings

Hi,
after i got a little bit ripped apart by another Orc team my guys are now facing a hard match against Chaos Pact.
So far my little team got abit unlucky (5 games 3 major injuries including death).

My Team:

1 BoB - Guard - 8 SSP
2 BoB - - 2 SSP
3 BoB - - 0 SSP
4 BoB - Guard - 7 SSP
5 Blitzer -Guard - 14 SSP --- MNG -1 AG
6 Blitzer -Guard - 7 SSP
7 Blitzer -Guard - 8 SSP
8 Blitzer - - 0 SSP ---- MNG -1 AV
9 Troll - - 5 SSP
10 Thrower - Block 11 SSP
3 Rerolls and 3 Journeyman
TV 117

Currently I think its best to kick the -1AG Blitzer (even if he was my most SPP player) and most likely kick the -AV Blitzer aswell.
Now about my next game:
I have to face a well trained Chaos Pact Team with a couple of Stat increases (1 S4 Marauder, 2 AG4 Marauders and an AG4 Skaven) combined with a Block,MB,Claw Marauder and Guard on the Mino/Troll and a couple of other minor skills on the team and 4 TRR.
That team has a TV of 191

What kind of inducements would you suggest me.

My main problem atm is that i have basicly apart of Journeyman only 3 ball handlers for that game 2 Blitzer 1 Thrower and i fear they will draw alot of blitzes to take them out... i kinda feel like a dwarf team with only a minority of ball handlers nearly :)

I'd start kicking after your team reaches 12 players again, -AG is not a fiasco on an orc blitzer, just make him a bash-centric one, not a ballhandler.

Well anyone got an idea how to use the inducements best for this next game?
its 74 point difference in TV against that Chaos Pact Team

Enough for ripper + varag + wizard and an apoth off the top of my head.. Maybe I got something wrong, but seems like a solid line. You get 13 players, and ripper can toss around his big guys while varag goes after the 'rauders.

High TV Pact teams can be really weak, that team gathers bloat FAST.

Well i got a couple of bad rolls on ball handling and lodt one of my only two blitzers pretty early - ofc the apo failed again.
Lost in the end 3-0 cause of some insane agility rolls on thw other side of the table.
Went for inducements with Ripper Varag and an Apo and used the last 50k for a Babe.

But well i made some nice Cas and my Troll skilled finally up with a double. Giving him Block made atleast some good in this game.
