Dodge, Stand Firm and picking up the bal
A player having Stand Firm dodges to the square where the ball is but failes the dodgeroll. He does not fall over but, as I recall his actions end immidiatly. Am I correct that he therefore cannot pick up the ball but that it scatters?

That's old 3rd edition that is... The skill changed in LRB; it became a trait and from now on you failing a dodge means you stay in your square.Draco wrote:Then we always played it wrong in our league. If we fail a dodge roll we stop in the square we are going to. Thanks. This will cause some disturbence in my league!

Well, then I've got a uge meeting coming up trying to convince the guys to stick to all the new rules. Hopefully the'll go for it, but it means adjusting. Poor oldies.

Shouldn't this be in blue then?? Cause it's a change to the 3rd edition?

I think you'll find that the coloured passages are used to highlight the last series of changes, so in the current version the red coloured passages refer to the 2002 rules review.Draco wrote:Shouldn't this be in blue then??
