Clarification on Push Back result vs Stand Firm

Frenzy guy blocking a Stand Firm guy.

Push Back result.

Do you get the extra Block even if player doesn't move?

Sub-question: would Horn count on that second Block if part of a Blitz?

LRB Page 34:

3. Some skills refer to pushing a player back in order
to work. These skills will work as long as you roll a
push back on the Blocking dice.

LRB Page 35:

If the player has the Frenzy trait, then the horns bonus applies on the second block if it applied on the first.

If a frenzied player gets a push back on a stand firm guy then no additional block is rolled. A player with the frenzy skill only gets an additional block if he pushes an opponent back without knocking him over.
A stand firm guy is not pushed back.
