Simple Bouncing Ball Question?

Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.

But somewhere else in the rules, it said that you always made an armour roll when going prone. Granted, it's confusing to have to read rules in two different places to find out just one thing, but that's Games Workshop...

It's the way you read the rules:

You quoted:
...On a roll of 1 the player trips up and falls prone...
In LRB p.12 it reads:
Unless the rules state otherwise, any player that is knocked or falls over may be injured.
So if falls prone is the same as falls over then you have to make an armour roll.
