I'd prefer Stand Firm. Then take Guard for your next skill.

Look up in the LRB (p.34ff). It's in english, so you will find "stand firm".

Go to:
http://www.specialist-games.com/bloodbowl/Rules_rev.htm
then click: Download the Latest Living RuleBook

BTW, didn't know that there is a german version of the rulebook. Where did you get it?

Stand Firm has 2 effects.

1 When being blocked you are not moved if you get a "push" against you. This is very useful for holding a line and immense if you get Guard too.

2 You can't fail dodges. If you fail the dodge roll you stay upright in your original square and its not a turnover. So you can try to dodge into your opponents cage to get a TZ on the ball carrier -

Stand Firm is "Standfest" in german. C'mon, it's not that different, isn't it?
