sure hands or catch???
ok, i know this has probably been answered many times, i just can't seem to find it using the seqarch...anyways, when a pass is inaccurate and the ball bounces, to catch/pick it up, can you use the catch or sure hands skill for a failed roll?

Welcome on board.
As Skummy stated Sure Hands can only be used when picking up the ball.
(If you fail the pick up and the ball scatters for so long (iow catching failed by everybody) you can still get a changes to use your catch skill if it bounces back to you!))

Doesn't mention catching the ball there, so you can't use it.A player with the Sure Hands skill is allowed to re-roll the dice if he fails to pick up the ball.
