Strong Arm in a blizzard

I wonder if it makes any sence discussing this. What BG who can use TTM has the possibilty of gaining a passing trait? None if I read LRB correctly.
And as Strong Arm is a passing trait.... :smoking:

In hindsight, that is probably why Stron Arm is not mentioned in the TTM section

If you mean Accurate in this sentence, then:
a. he's allowed to use it when passing the ball.
b. he's not allowed to use it when TTM (LRB Page 23 states that!)

which would make the only difference between the two skills, am I right?
I mean, range reduced by one means nothing else but a +1 modifier..

Except when you are throwing a Quick Pass. It cannot be lowered with Strong Arm making it actully worse than Accurate. But lets not get into the discussion whether Accurate should be trait and Strong Arm a skill... :)
