Assisting a Blitz?

I was just going over the Living Rule Book, adding bookmarks and links in the PDF, and I got to Assisting a Block, and I read it, and realized it doesn't say anything about assisting a Blitz. I always assumed that a Blitz is a Move and a Block put together, so it would work, but the wording in the rules isn't specific. So, simple question: Can a Blitz be assisted?

of course it can

its just like you said a block but combined with movement as well

it says that in the blitz description does it not "they may move and throw a block" or some such
