Revised Freebooting & Starplayers

Actually Toby ... the basics of this are quite fine.

I would not mind seeing a rule that allowed you to hire a freebooter at the end of the match for their rookie cost. (ie freeboot + rookie). If a freebooter gets a TD and the MVP for the game, you'll probably won't mind spending 75k total for the player for a Human Lineman for example. I think this would be a fine idea and I'd allow it to happen definitely after the MVP and skill rolls were made. Now I know you said at the end of the match for 1/2 cost ... but I just think this makes the rule a little too easy of a way to purchase players. I'd probably freeboot every new player with this system as there is no downside to the freeboot. I think it needs to have the full cost after the game to make freebooting a question. IE I think it should be an improvement to the existing freebooting process rather than a change to the way players are bought across the board.

As for your comment on the current Stars ... since its a system identical to the current Star Player rules ... I have no issues with this either.
