Hello.

I am new to the blood bowl scene but an old hand at Games Workshop games (40k, Epic, Warhammer) I am starting a small league with a bunch of friends but some are apprehensive about spending lots 'o money on new teams. In addition we all have 40k, Epic, and Warhammer stuff we don't use anymore. Aside from e-bay are there good places to locate teams and pawn off old stuff?

...and yes I did see the "For sale!!!!" forum and so far have been unsuccessful in dropping my old army.

Thanks for the great site. I look forward to exchanging snappy comments with this witty lot!

Before you go selling the lot off, look at the teams you want. Most of my teams are made out of 40K and Warhammer figs.

He's not delusional, just drunk and senile ;)

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

"Not Dying Today Evil People Eaters" its a quote from a really bad amateur horror movie some friends and I did in college. It was going for the lovable chessiness of Starship Troopers, the gore of any random horror flick, and the dialog of starfox for N64 (which if you ever played the game you would know what I mean). It was an absolute abortion, but some of the lines we wrote were freakin hilarious...

...yes, that was all during my "experimental" stage. :smoking:
