well, being a first time norse player, which teams should i be most cautious when playing against ?

Everyone...

Seriously you are probably best against flair teams without much block or dodge (skaven, HE). Teams with lots of block or high Av tend to be hard (Dwarves, Orcs).

I've seen several young norse teams have their butts handed to them by Dwarves. Any team that has a lot of skills Ithink would be hard for you to keep up with. I would try and find a skaven team or better yet gobbos or halflings.

Humans shouldn't be to bad either.
