4th skill for 2 BC's?
Both of my BC’s advanced for the 4th time today and they both got a normal skill.
they are:
BC1 – Block, Break Tackle, Strip Ball
BC2 - +1AG, Block, Sure Hands
what would U give’em?
The possibilities are obvious: Tackle, Mighty Blow, Guard or even Pass Block. But I have to choose 1 or 2.
Thanxx for any advice.

Nine out of ten goblins wouldn't miss it for a one-way Troll Air ticket to the end-zone!

I'm not unsure at all. Those are the right choices. #2 definitely needs break tackle, and tackle will make #1 into the completely scary sweeper/linebacker he is shaping up to be. The only real alternative for #1 is mightyblow or piling on, but I'd rather make sure they go down, then let the hobbos jump on their heads!Asmodan wrote:B1-Tackle
B2-Break tackle (to dodge away as he does not have dodge skill)
But i must admit i am unsure about this.

For the record, I have never coached CD, only against them a few times, with that in mind-
I would go a different route...
you already have a bunch of tackle, and with good positioning you shouldn't require more, so I wouldn't waste a skill slot on another tackler.
First off, how do you hobgoblins look? Did one of them get pass? Are you using your AG 3 centuar in the backfield pick up the ball and drive the whole way?
I would probably go Pro on the AG 3 one, depending on your hobgoblins.
For the other one, I would suggest either guard or mighty blow. Guard allows you can use his high mobility and break tackle to get to the most advantageous spots to assist your chaos dwarfs with the LOS. And MB makes him hit that much harder, obviously.

ok, i've only ever played agianst CD, not with them... so that colours this...
Pass block on the one with break tackle, as he has as much change of an actual intercept as the ag3, and can dodge better to get that TZ on the reciever or thrower.
On the 3AG guy...
the two best skills would be passblock or Strip ball, and they'd both be doubled up with the other guy...
but a pair of passblockers is 3 times better then one alone...
but then again, strip ball and sure hands is a useful combo... especially if you are psychic enough to know you'll roll dubs next time for leap...
Yes I'd say with your current skills, passblock on both...more field coverage, and field coverage is definatly part of a BC's job description
(given the rest of the team's lack of either movement
or durability
.)
