It is obvious, that Nuffle can't be Khorne. Nuffle simply isn't cool. Khorne takes care of his own but Nuffle kicks even his followers. Nuffle is a useless pain in the ass. As simple as that.

Perhaps Khorne is just pissed that he has always to look after his fellowers. So he puts on the mask of nuffle and can be mean to anyone he likes!
