Ok, let's say I use a fireball and knock one of my own players over. Since it's not a turnover, I don't lose my turn, but you have to use it at the beginning of the turn so none of my players have moved yet.
Does the player that was knocked down get to do anything as long as he's on the pitch?
Had that happen in a game tonight and to me the fair thing is that he doesn't get an action. Just curious what everybody else thinks.

I'm quite sure that if one of your teammate is knocked over by any reason during your turn it's a TO... I think the rules are pretty clear:
-it is not a turn over unless he was carrying the ball
-you can move him at the beginning of your turn
