When will the "new" rules be released ?

Post by Boss »

Just wondering if anybody knows when the findings and rule-changes from the BBRC will be released ?

Apologies if it's elsewhere on the boards, I haven't been able to find it.

Thanks
Bo

Galak posted in the GW BB forum that it will be end of Nov.

Not based on fact per se ... just that I know that Steve's death made them start 1 1/2 weeks later than they had planned. So while early to mid was the original release goal ... my gut tells me that late middle to late is the safer estimate now.

It's more important that they get it done right than get it done fast, anyway.

I'm with you on that. too many times I've seen something hobby come out fast only to wind up needing for web sites to handle the freakin' errata.

Heh....that's why I didn't quote ya Galak, I figured it was a guesstimate. I definately don't want them to rush either, but at the same time am as eager as everyone else to see the new changes and how they will affect the game.

not too bothered when, but hope it makes game a bit better. Still to many rules need clarification.

Most disscusion seams to be very little change so stick to the net for god house rules to try instead.

I really hope that those new rules come out soon. I heard that my halfling team is going to "suffer" some new stuff like no more ogres, free master chef and stuff...
As long as those rules aren't official, I can't play any league games, cause I don't want to be caught midseason with an illegal team! :-?
What whas that? Steve is dead? Wow... First thing I hear...
Sorry to hear that.
