TTM in blizzard

Post by berserker »

Hi, I'd like to be sure of a ruling I made yesterday.

We play under a blizzard a goblin coach attempt to throw a goblin with his ogre within the short Pass range, so it is treated like a long pass which is impossible under a blizzard.

In other words under blizzard you can only TTM within quick pass range?

Thanks

From the LRB:
Blizzard: ... the snow means that only quick or short passes can be attempted.

TTM: The throw is treated like a normal pass, except that the
range is treated as being one band higher (a Quick Pass
counts as a Short Pass, for example),

Countin the range has nothing to do with the distance that can be thrown. the guy with TTM can still throw a short pass. He gets the -1 modifier on the throw because you have to treat the dice roll as a long pass. It is not a long pass in itself! :smoking:
