Short version:
Yes you can combine mighty blow and piling on.
You may see the roll before using mighty blow, so you can surely reroll a poor AV roll, and then use mighty blow on your second roll.

And a blitzing WA does have to roll.
Only on a block action are you spared from rolling.

And i fully agree with plasmoid here

You can add mighty blow to the armour roll, and still, reroll it with piling-on. It's not like you are aplying two modifiers to the same roll, like it was before.

And the only thing Wild Animals can do without rolling 4+ is Block another adyacent player. Whatever other action declared, has to roll for 4+

Yes, but if the WA player not have any player in the takle zone ?
he have to roll 4+ ever?? or BLITZING is a BLOCK?

A blitz is not a block and as it states clearly you have to roll 4+ on anything but a block it means you must roll 4+ to blitz

Now the mino is more a line player then a blitzer.
