Why the hell did you try to blitz with him and why did you use piling on???

He´s now a blocker for the LOS, nothing more, nothing less.

Blitz... because he was the only one close enough to the ball carrier to put a block on him!! I wasn't about to make 2 dodge rolls with a Bull Centaur and 3 GFI's... (probably would have had more luck though).

The other Blitzes were because all my other guys really only needed to make blocks.

Piling On... because I was Blocking an AV 9 BOB on the LOS, and I was hoping to get him off the pitch. Especially with RSC added to the Injury. I had the ball and at the time the Minotaur was on the other side of the pitch... so I had nothing to lose. Even if I hadn't used Piling On, the stupid thing still hasn't done squat...

Its unfortunate that you've got Piling on as a skill, i dont think its a good combo with Wild Animal. Likewise i cant see me gambling a Blitz with him anymore as not only does he not use it,but no-one else can either.

Personnally i'll set him upn LOS now and just block, against LOW AG teams should be too much of a problem, but against Dodgy elves he could well spend the game roaring ;-).

At least the Rat Ogre can now do something for the Skaven Frontline and provide some upfront hitting power, instead of sitting in the backfield.

I'm still reserving judgement on the new WA, but i like it better than the previous version. Whether it's the definitive version though??

You've got the wrong skills on that boy. I'd never use PO on a new WA. He's not a blitzer - he's muscle in the line. Use him like that and you wont be so disappointed.

I think there'll be a lot of WA with PO not-running-around for a while. Kind of a consequence of having rules suddenly change etc.

I have just setup for a game playing my Dark Elfs agianst A chaos team with a Minotaur. He setup the Mino in the center square with his two knights both a square away. So I was able to setup 2 players against each knight and leave his mino all alone. (Hopefully this won't become a hole for his back field to stream thru but everyone else is back pretty far so we'll see.) Hoping that the mino will just be a screamer for the match.

I'll keep you posted as to how the game unfolds.
