Its a rugby thing Teemu. That rose is the badge of England. My new avatar is the badge of Scotland. Da Imp has South Africa's badge.

I got a new one too since the board went belly up.
It's dynamically generated from our league's database (percentage: wins-ties-losses-concedes), so when that red bar goes up, you all will instantly know that I suck at coaching.
