2nd teams is a great idea. gives equal competition and let's established coaches still play.

when a team gives up more than 50 tr it tends not to be fun. who wants to play a game to get beat up and just get an mvp for their troubles?

that's why bonus mvps' were good. maybe 1 at 50+ and another at 100+ ....it lets the team get equivalent spp's that they are gonna give up. and only does when it's a big dfference.

overall....teams shouldn't play games where more than 50TR difference any way.
