The last reallife bbleague i played had 2-3 women out of 16 coaches, that was back in '95/'96 though

For the record, don't upset a women with Kick and be extra careful of those with Razor Sharp Fangs...

I am a woman who plays BB. The whole realm of gaming, comics, sci-fi, etc. has always been my thing. Sure there aren't any other girls I know who play but that just means I get to hang with more boys. Bonus. You guys are funnier anyway. Being cute helps me win. It's like a secret weapon all out in the open, LOL.

That's the first female name I've seen on TBB. Being cute is a real difficulty for BBowl. When I play against my girlfriend next season I will have to let her win which is annoying as I only lost once last year but that's part of a Commish's duties.

In other matters, I have just signed up my second woman BBowler in a league of 12. I reckon that's a fairly high ratio.

We currently have 3 women signed up for the m@hobbit massacre. Out of 34 participants sofar it's not to bad.
In our league we had 1 woman (mrs. m@hobbit) some time back, but she now only plays occasionaly, so she quite our league. We did manage to get a girlfriend of ours interested in the game. She's now painting her orcs blue (ice blue, just like the smurfs...).

On a whole it's not to bad. But women are still not represented enough.

Just to bad. Not the mens' fault most women wouldn't recognize a decent hobby if it reared up and bit them on the... ankle. But still, what with the "adolescent single white male with skin problems and devoid of social skills" -clicheed gamer still in full swing, you can't blame girls for not liking BB or similar pastimes.

I tried to teach my girlfriend BB, since she likes other boardgames, I figured I was in with a chance. But she found the game to be too strenuous and not relaxing enough (all calculation, stats checking, rules remembering and no play makes a dull game she said). Well, we cannot all be as lucky as Diesel (but I still wouldn't trade my girl for all the BB women in the world).

5 out of 76 coaches at the Dungeon Bowl were women. There was even a game between two of them
