Bombs and Passing Skills

From the Living Rule Book

The bomb is thrown using the rules for throwing the football.

Now, I realize the rules for non-star players having secret weapons are not "official".
However is than any sort of ruling on allowing a player to use Passing skills with Bombs?
Most of them don't seem to be a problem (Accurate, Pass, Strong Arm).
Then there are others that are a bit more problematic (Dump Off, Hail Mary Pass).

MBBL2 always all but Dump Off, Perfect Spiral, and Bullet Throw to be used with bomb throws.

Check out my just for fun team in the MBBL2 ... its fun to play ... not sure I'll have many wins with it ... but it is fun.

I guess since the two "house rules" races that can get Bombs (Dwarf and Goblin) can only get Passing skills on doubles its not that big of a deal. I still have some concerns over Hail Mary Pass however.

You're right. I got my wires crossed with the current "house rules" and the discussion on limiting secret weapons to linemen only.
