OK this team may be going to the Blood Bowl So can i have opinions

14 Halflings
2 Treemen
3 Re-Rolls
9 Fan Factor
1 Apothecary
and 40K in the bank for nicking re-rolls

What do you guys think?

It may already be covered (but I doubt it) so I'd email the organisers about the Master Chef rules - you may find out that they are going to take more than 20k per roll.

Its a shame Deeproot is priced so high, and I can't really see a way of squeezing him in.

from what i understand the Rules Review is in effect ot the letter with the only difference being that Star Players cost DOUBLE the Price on there Star Player Cards (I don't think Griffs gona be there this year)

That's exactly why you should check - because they haven't said.

I've had this discussion with Galak before (about how to price it) and he was thinking of ~60k per roll.
