Orc not for you try the other side of the coin, like wood elf. If you can work out how to use their strength then maybe you will develop better orc plan against it. Many of the better coachs can play diffrent styles of tactics. So try another team to experiment with - then go back to orc when you see what they offer as a team.

Same advice I gave Ollie (and he did win). Hire an Asst coach. Team is on a new course.

Let the psycho in you talk to your through him and ask if ever roll is needed, what is the effect or failing as it that worse then the positive effect of a good roll.

Orc teams are very slow starters and particularly bad against Elves. My Orc team, which won my now defunct League last year, was terrible for a long while. But once you build your strength skills up it becomes a powerful grinding machine.
