Whats TR 110 all about

Ok you guessed it i am greener than an orc in long summer grass who is feeling particularly green, I know that TR 110 is team rating but my question is, is it just more money to spend on players or can some players have skills to begin with ? is this usual for tournaments or do people start leagues this way as well ?

A tournament setting that is beleived to give more expensive teams a better start though it has been proved that it really doesn't.

Basically means starting a team with 1,100,000 gps rather then 1,000,000gps.

yeah you get 1.1 million to spend on the team but no extra skills.
