Dwarfs from DungeonBowl.

Post by Khaine »

Has anyone done a convincing conversion of these to current bloodbowl standard? I have 7 or 8 of these and was thinking about fielding a dwarven team for giggles as they seem to have the grinding style that I favor in my games. I love the older mini's minus the fact that they may be a slight bit out of scale with the rest of the mini's today. Anyway if anyone has an advice for converting or could feed me a few ideas to get me started it would be much appreciated.

I used mine for Longbeards, then converted WFB dwarves for the positionals. The uniform look for the Dungeonbowl plastics make them excellent for the lineman position.

I used mine for both longbeards and runners. I had a bunch of old space orks, and cut the horns off their helmets, then glued them onto the dungeon bowl dwarfs to make longbeards. The ones without horns are runners. Then, as Bloodbasher Masher did, I used WHFB figs for blitzers and trollslayers. Works out pretty well. :)
