Hobgoblin Alternitives
I am not partial to the way hobgoblins are done and I'm interested in something like the ungor replacements, but don't want to steal that idea. Anyone have an alternative from any company for hobby?

It would help to know what you intend to use as chaos dwarves, so we can suggest something that matches.
If your using the big hats, perhaps you could use regular plastic gobbos, beefed up a bit with plenty of armour and painted like black orcs. You could say they were the result of a careful cross-breeding program.
Or how about human slaves of some sort?
