Have you got 2 wolves in your line-up? A double lycanthropic whammy is always a joyous thing (unless you're on the receiving end). I think there is a lot to be said for guard if you're using a pair of dogs. Otherwise, like most of the others, I would go with jump up.

Destruction is the only choice in my book. My league will back me up on this...

[quote="Leipziger"]Have you got 2 wolves in your line-up? [quote]
yes

Here's the team
FG 2spp
FG 2spp
WW Block 14spp
WW Block Double 5 17 spp
Ghoul Block 6 spp
Ghoul 1 spp
2 Zombie 5spp
4 Zombie 0 spp
Zombie Dirty Player 7 spp

14 players
3 RR
1O FF
70000gp

TD 7-1
CAS 10-1

So far, so good :D

The game is tonight, amazons,
4 blitzers, 1guard
2 catchers with block
1 thrower
5 linewoman, 1 with block

I've tested a bit and the +1 MA is nice but I think I'll go with Mighty Blow.
Thanks for the responses

Nice ghoul... Accurate, Pass! if I could get 1 double on these I'd already be very happy!

How did your team start out anyway? Was it with two wolves? If you can list your starting line-up, I'd be grateful.

Why, thanks! Retired the team after this game, though. Necro's weren't as much fun as some other teams out there.

can someone please tell me why jump up is actually being considered as a viable skill here? i have never been able to effectively use jump up, even w/ 4 norse blitzers. everyone just moves away from the guy after they knock him down. at the very least, can anyone give me some tips on how to place my guys so when they get kanked i can use this skill effectively?

Possibly this is a good topic to start in topics, under "How do I use Frenzy?" You'll get the attention of all the fully qualified ping-pong masters there.

Back again
Drew 1-1 but 4-0 in casualties

A zombie got a skill so I think I'll go for a second dirty player.
A ghoul got a double for her first skill, I was thinking accurate but checking the stats I see that more people take pass.
I know that without rr the chances to succeed are better with pass but I often have that spare rr...

Another debate open...

But I don't dismiss guard as a guard blodge sidestep could be a pain (in a far future)

Take accurate if you've got plenty of RR to spend on the pass. If you're low on RR take pass.

I rolled doubles for a ghoul in my undead team once and I gave him pass, 2nd skill was another doubles, so that was accurate. He did great :)

I have 3 rr but I used them less for blocks now that 2ww and a ghoul have block. And since I just bought a wight I know I'll be even more consitent on the pitch...

That's why I think accurate...

But guard...

Guards generally take a lot of abuse, so giving it to a 7 AG player would make me a little nervous. Accurate's the right call, IMO.

A 7 AG player doesn't really need accurate now does he?

I'm sorry, couldn't help it....
