But if he blocks two guys with multiple block + frenzy e.g. one with Block,Dodge and the other one with Block and he rolls a pushback/pow result so that one player will go down and the other one will be pushed back he may use the frenzy skill to throw a 2nd block at the standing player.

Or am I wrong?

First of all, yes you can use Multiple Block on a Frenzy player. Frenzy doesn't kick in until after the block dice are thrown and Multiple Block is used before they are thrown.

Now if you should get pushback on any (could be only one if it's a !/pow)of the opponents then you can't use Frenzy now anyway as it's stated in the Frenzy desciprtion it can only be used on a straightforward normal block on one opponent which Mutliple Block clearly is not.
This is also covered in the Official LRB 3 Q&A (downloadable where you download the LRB itself)

So no question my slayer will get multiple block. With dauntless and many guards in my team that will rock.....uhhh and skaven are my next opponents. 10 times guard and 8 times mighty blow and now a slayer with multiple block ready to rumble....... :D

hehe yeah, most of the time with dwarves, you don't even need to succeed your dauntless roll to throw a 2-die block against two opponents ;)
