4 Star Players per a team

I have wondered why a dwarf team will let Zara play for them..I'd much reather have someone like Grimwold Grimbreath (is that the right name..I just remember him as the leaping dwarf blitzer in the old PC game..my memory might be faulty)

Screw having four stars each. There's a much easier way to do things.

Make my day and ditch the lot of them. A nice, simple, balanced solution.

(Seriously though, rather than having precons, and if we absolutely MUST have stars, would it not be better to have a system of each player costing 120k for a player with a single improvement, generated randomly pre game. 150k for two. 180 for 3. 250 for 4. 350 for 5.)

Hi Xtreme,
I wouldn't call the sure hands wasted.
He's got big hand, so with sure hands he's got an almost guaranteed pick-up.
Also, importantly, it protects him from strip ball, so he "only" has to worry about 2-dice against blocks with block, if he is well protected.

Thrads ... I rather see the sweeteners have enough flexibility to NOT NEED Stars. And this won't be a difficult sell either. JJ stated MANY MANY times over the last 4 months that he knows that many BB players don't like Stars.

i liked the sneaky git idea does anyone ideas or stats made up i would like to see them. plus a model isn't hard to get. warhammer had a bunch of nice one to choose from.

great idea galak. i love star players. in fact our league has a index card file on appox. 140 stars. some cool home grown ones too. like king tough, a mummy. or junior say'ouch, a hobgoblin...
