Well, the conversion's going along nicely (I think) and the size of the victims limbs should give you a scale reference on the size.

Regardless... it's getting there.

It's a 40mm round base (same size that the new Grey Knight terminators come on for a ref model). They are easier to handle than the big squares, and 2 others in my home league use them. It does give a uniform look too, since most all other players are on smaller round bases.

The nice thing about Reaper is that they are quite affordable compared to comprable GW products.
