shoulder pad holes > plastic humans

Post by Djengis_Khan »

the shoulderpads of the plastic humans are these little holes or bites out of it.. It kind of looks like a mouse eat some of it.. but I've seen it with more peoples humans. so it's only with mine.
is this a mould mistake?
or is it good for something?

I'm thinking of "repairing" the shoulderpads with brownstuff.

I'm not sure I understood the prob with your minis but it sounds like something might have happend during the "casting" of the minis (I guess thats the name of the process of putting the plastinc into the mold).

Sometimes when something bad goes in this casting process the minis can be in realy bad shape, and can be very difficult to repair them (if thats the case, and the minis are bought recently i would advice you to go to the store and have them changed for good ones).
If its just a matter of small excesses of plastic (or lack of them) I would carefuly trim them off with a x-blade (b careful with whatever sharp blade you might use).
To fill holes, well GS will probably do the trick...
Hope I've helped.

Cheers
Axt

PS:Maybe if you post a pic of the mini we can help you solve your problem a little better...
