D&D Miniature conversions
Has anyone tried to convert one or more of the plastic pre-painted miniatures put out by the D&D crowd? I'd be interested to see pictures.
I can see potential in the Harbinger set for lizardmen, undead variants, orcs and minotaurs. Dragoneye has a couple of nice dark elves and that half-dragon would make a good Pro Elf thrower. Archfiends has a golem and a vampire that would look great. The Giants of Legend set are mostly too big to fit on a single Blood Bowl tile, but damn some of them look pretty, including the treeman.

AD&D Miniatures for BloodBowl
Gotta agree with ya. The figures are excellent and the game great anyway. And theres enough of them flamin Drow to make a Dark Elf Team already. But trying to get Treant on the board at least with the present size squares I think you'll be out of luck.
Still it would be fun to come up with a variant of BloodBowl using these figures though. The halflings are definitely appropriate and the right size, at least for halflings. But I don't think they'll appreciate the new Huge Red Dragon coming down at them in a hurry
