Ok what i did was pretty basic, I've got myself a nice pair of modeling tin snips/wire cutters and i literary just cut the heads of the originals, had to go back into the neck a bit so i could get the greenstuff i needed to shape the neck and head base for the new head to fit into. It's not that difficult, if i can do it then i'm sure you can
