New skill - Wedgie!

Post by duff »

Wedgie - General skill
When an opposing player dodges away from your player with this skill, you may make an agility check. If it succeds the opposing player gets a giant wedgie and has their movement halved as they stagger off attempting to retrive their undergarments.

This is of couse a foul action

So dirty player applies to this skill? If so, how?

lol
how about wedgiing player's strength is subtracted from the victums move.
a halfling doesn't wedgie half as good as a treeman!

and by foul action i assume you mean that it can get you sent off on a successful umpire roll, and gaines the eye, as opposed to using the DP skill, since it doesn't/can't

A DP might do this in such a way it really hurts and the player is placed prone because he's rolling on the grass clutching his aching bits. And on a roll of 6 it causes so much pain the player passes out (place in KO box).

True. I like the strength idea. Perhaps very long legs offers protection aganst all but big-guys?

You'll have to not allow non-ball players or people with no hands access to the skill though.

yeah... you've got to be able to handle balls to do a wedgie... :twinkle in eye:

unless you do it against the Amazon team... then you just need sure hands...

High elves couldn't take this skill
"What?! you want me to TOUCH his undercloths?!
While foul appearance or being orkish would offer some immunity

Yeah, I've never seen a treeman wear clothes, much less underclothes. Also, what about players who "go commando"? I imagine if you're gonna allow the ability to give wedgies, there should also be an option for "goin commando". I suppose there would have to be some sort of drawback for a player to go without underpants...like perhaps a chance of severe chafing or sumpin like dat? Maybe if the player "Goes For It!" he has to roll an additional d6 to see if the extra friction from running faster causes a groin burn, or perhaps certain appendages could become "dislocated" in a way that causes terrible pain the next time he sits down?

By the way, you don't have to be a "ball handler" to get a wedgie. In fact, those who can't handle balls of their own can get a "double-wedgie!" I believe there was a famous Witch Elf named Madame Camel-toe who was a victim of just such an attack.
