Count me in on the "fixed price" method.

Getting into a bidding war with trav, gken, snots, and galak would probably get pretty ugly fast.

Perhaps you should get a feel for the actual demand for this mini. As someone stated, more money could go to charity than you think. And if you want to do something special for the tournament participants, perhaps some sort of special number on the slotta-base tab is in order?

I was thinking of greenstuffing a mini, having it molded and having 500 or so made and then selling them for a flat fee that covers costs plus $5 to Children's Hospital or something.

I wouldn't use eBay...why pay them fees most of the interested parties come on here or the NAF site.

I just need to get better at using greenstuff before I tackle it...

Maybe you can ask him, if he like to do a small article, how he did this mini ... step by step picts, background infos like if he is using armatures, ...

edit : Ah, i forgot... and how to make molds to cast even more minis for all TBBs !

That spider really does look rather creepy when seen that close up. Some people shouldn't be allowed to sculpt...
