Kidding aside, it seems I am not able to explain my point.

Thrower is for me a second line position.
Having ST4 doesn't move to the LoS or Wide Zone. As already tried to express, it makes the player a great patch to cover the area between LoS and wide zone, but still on a second line.

Keeping that in mind, you can give her block (if you want really take advantage of +ST), ignore it and going forward with a *normal* development for throwers or try something different, but still useful for a player who has second line as natural place on the pitch.

Kick is, in my opinion, a perfect alternative for a ST4 Thrower. Block is of course much better, but we are also speaking of something out of a *normal* path for a young thrower.

To Nazgit, who keep on making fun of opinions different from his, I hope to meet you too... we'll see the final result.

well, if you want to play fun, why not taking diving catch instead of +ST on the 6,6 ? seriously, i'm sorry, i don't want to be rude or anything, but Kick just plain SUCKS on a ST4 thrower. it is arguably a decent choice for a regular thrower, even though i differ (see my previous explanations), but not taking advantage of a ST4, be it thrower or not, is BAAAAAAAAAD. Kick does NOT take advantage of the +ST, since it is EQUALLY good on any other lino. on the other hand, Block will help a lot since you will either use her as a blitzer, or as a safe carrier, in which case blodge, st4, and later sure hands, is a very good combo.

Seriously, taking kick on an st4 thrower is about the same as taking shadowing on a treeman. both totally suck.

Amazons are so ... average. with 6337 they do not excel in any one area, and have no dominating players, like wardancers, bull centaurs, and the like. when you have a chance to get something as good as +ST on this team, you simply can not ruin (yes, ruin) that with a skill like kick which would be equally good on a 4115 linewoman with just dodge. (yes i am aware that with that many injuries the player would have been retired, but i am trying to make a point).

When you have a player that good, you dont want to burn one of the skills on something that could be equally effective on any other member of the team.

Just agree 2 all Zyad and Gus allready wrote. Having ST 4 on a ST3 Team like yours is a gift and it shouldn't be weasted so easily.
